Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We appreciate every order you have made with our small business! We want to deliver 100% satisfaction to you. Has an item you’ve ordered not exceeded your satisfaction 100%? Don’t worry! Please read our policy below for details on refunds, returns, and exchanges!

This policy lasts 15 days. If the 15-day mark has been exceeded, we can’t offer you a refund, return, or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email the receipt to admin@shopahlex.com

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at admin@shopahlex.com with your order details and your original receipt (physical or digital). We may ask for photos or additional information to help us process your refund request. If you’ve ordered through a third party, please contact them as well.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet please complete these steps:

  •  First check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve ordered through a third-party ex: Klarna, please contact them.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@shopahlex.com

Sale items

All items on sale are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only provided if the product is damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a product of the same price, send us an email at admin@shopahlex.com and send your item to the sender address. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address on your original package.

For refunds or exchanges, shipping costs may be non-refundable, unless the item is defective, or the wrong product was sent.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
